The key to a happy and rewarding life is having a robust foundation of loving relationships. I focus on helping individuals, partners, and families work through relationship hurts.
At the heart of my therapy practice is the belief that listening, without agenda or judgement, allows people to share more fully. This offers immediate relief while also opening the door for increased creativity, flexibility, and acceptance.
I received a MA in Counseling from Portland State University in 2012. I’ve worked for non-profit organizations for over seven years in multiple roles including counselor, program manager, and trainer. I’ve provided counseling to hundreds of people including individuals, couples, and families. I’ve helped clients ranging in age from preadolescence to senior.
